The conference — convened under the EU project ToEQPL (“Towards an Excellence Centre on Quantum Photonics in Latvia”) — aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders working in the fields of quantum optics, integrated photonics, quantum communication, quantum computing and simulation, as well as quantum sensing and metrology.
